Mexican Fiery Ribs

1kg Short Ribs
180g Discovery Mexican Sauce

1. Cook the ribs under a medium grill or on the edge of a hot barbecue until the juices run clear (approx 15-20 minutes).
2. Remove the ribs from the heat and coat each rib in the Discovery Mexican Sauce.
3. Return to the grill or barbecue and heat until the sauce is piping hot and glazed onto the ribs.
