Fajitas (FA-HEE-TAS)


Fajitas (FA-HEE-TAS)
Serves 4

 

450 g Boneless Chicken
30g Discovery Fajita seasoning
3 x 15ml Tbsp Oil
1 Large Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
8 Discovery Flour Tortillas

 
  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips (or coat and cook a whole breast, slicing afterwards) and sprinkle with Fajita Seasoning. Heat the oil. Add onion and peppers and fry over high heat for approx. 5 minutes. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
  2. Heat remaining oil. Add chicken and stir fry for approx. 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and browned.
  3. Add the onions and peppers and quickly fry until heated through. Serve immediately with Flour Tortillas , soured cream, Salsa and Guacamole.
Alternative Fillings:
Any stir fry mix you choose. How about strips of Duck with Chinese Vegetables in Hoi-Sin sauce?
