Locshon Pudding


Locshon Pudding

1 large packet Egg Vermicelli
4 Large Eggs
1 small jar Canderell or any other Sweetener (yet a whole small jar)
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons of mixed spice
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1-2 oz of Sultanas (8 sins)

First boil the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. Whilst it is cooking, mix together the eggs, lemon juice, canderell, mixed spice and cinnamon. When the pasta is cooked, drain well and tip into the bowl containing the other ingredients. Mix together well and add the sultanas. Pour the mixture in an ovenproof dish (measuring about 10" across), and sprinkle lots of lemon juice, canderell and cinnamon all over the top.
Place in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30-40 minutes.
Whole cake works out at less than 0.5 sins a slice.
