Home made Quorn Bolognaise


Home made Quorn Bolognaise

1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tbsp dried oregano
    pepper
    salt
2 cartons Passata * Italina herbs
1 1/2 bags frozen quorn mince
Fry the onion and the garlic until soft in a non stick sauce pan and stir now and again.
Once softened add the other spices and herbs and a tiny bit water and stir for 1-2 min.
Now add the Passata and taste if it needs more herbs and spices. * add if necessary *
Fill one of the empty Passata cartons with water and add to the saucepan.
Bring to the boil, let boil shortly and add the quorn mince and stir very well.
Put a lid on and simmer for approx 10 min.

To give it an extra nice taste add 2 laughing cow at simmer point , put lid back on and once it is done stir very well so that the cheese mixes with the rest of the sauce.
