Roasted
radishes with Soy & Sesame

medium radishes, leaves, stems and roots trimmed
2
tbsp olive oil (5pts)
2
tbsp soy sauce
6
medium spring onions
1
tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (1 pt)
handful
chopped coriander
rocket
leaves
Preheat
oven to 190ÂșC Gas 5
Slice
radishes in half lengthways. Toss into the oil and place on baking sheet.
Roast
for 25 mins, turning once or twice until tender and beginning to brown.
Drizzle
with soy sauce and toss with the spring onion.
Roast
a further 5 mins and transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
and coriander, garnish with rocket and serve.
