Broccoli Stir-Fry


Broccoli Stir-Fry

Serves 6

1.5 lbs of broccoli florets
few sprays of Frylight
1 inch fresh ginger cut into slivers
1 bunch spring onions diagonally sliced
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Boil the broccoli florets for 3 minutes to soften
Drain well.
Heat a wok and spray the sides and base with Frylight
Add the remaining ingredients and the broccoli and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Serve
