French Peas


French Peas

Core recipe

1 lb of frozen peas
8 spring onions chopped fine
1 small little gem lettuce shredded
2-3 sprigs fresh mint
salt/pepper

Put the peas & spring onions in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil simmer for 5 mins. Drain, then return to the pan.  Fold in the shredded lettuce, add the mint and salt & pepper.
Serve in a warmed serving dish
