900g
potatoes, cut into quarters

tbsp natural yogurt
25g
extra light philadelphia
1
small red onion, finely chopped
1
tsp garam masala
2
tbsp chopped coriander
Boil
potatoes in a large pan of salted water until tender, about 12-15 mins.
Mash until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Note:
Add a pinch of saffron or ¼ tsp turmeric to the cooking water for the potatoes
to give a lovely yellow colour.
