Italian Baked Tomatoes


Italian Baked Tomatoes 
              
1 large beefsteak tomato per person
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
pinch salt, basil, pepper and sugar
Fry-light

Cut the tomatoes in half

Place round-side down on a baking sheet sprayed with fry-light. 

Sprinkle the basil, sugar, salt and pepper on top and a tiny amount of the crushed garlic. 

Spray with fry-light and bake in the oven at 350F, gas mark 6 for 40 minutes.
