Hot & Spicy Coleslaw


Hot & Spicy Coleslaw 

Serves 4

Core recipe

1 large carrot
113g each red and white cabbage
113g radishes
113g very low fat natural yogurt
1 level tbsp horseradish sauce
3 tbsp freshly chopped chives
seasoning


Peel and coarsely grate the carrot, finely shred the red and white cabbage and trim and thinly slice the radishes.  Place all the veggies into a bowl and mix.  Blend the yogurt, horseradish sauce, chives and seasoning, and add to the bowl and mix.  Cover and chill for half an hour before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
