Pineapple Fried Rice

250g Wholegrain Microwave Rice (10)
227g Pineapple Chunks in Juice, drained (0)
1 Pepper, sliced (0)
2 Spring Onions, sliced (0)
1 tbs Soy Sauce (0)
Microwave the rice for 2 minutes.
In a frying pan sprayed with oil, start to soften the
spring onion and pepper 3-5 Minutes.
Add the drained pineapple to the pan.
Pour in the soy sauce, stir and add the rice.
Turn the heat up and stir frequently for about 2 minutes
until the rice starts to crisp up a bit.
Serve.
