Filo Chicken Kiev

Chicken Breast
Tsp extra light cream cheese
crushed garlic clove
some chopped oregano and parsley (or some dried italian herbs)
2 sheets filo pastry 14g each

 

Mix the cream cheese, garlic and herbs together.
Slice the chicken along the side, and fill with the cheesy mixture.
Lay out one sheet of filo pastry and spray with oil, lay the next sheet on top.
Lay the chicken at one end, and wrap in the filo pastry.
Spray with oil again, and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180'C for 30 mins
