Scotch Egg Loaf
6 hard boiled eggs .
500g extra lean pork mince
Garlic granules
Pork seasoning (swartz )
Salt Pepper
500g extra lean pork mince
Garlic granules
Pork seasoning (swartz )
Salt Pepper
☆ Combine mince with all seasonings
and garlic by hand
☆ Spread half the mince in a loaf
tin
☆ Place eggs in a row and cover with
remaining mince
☆ Put in over on 180 (fan assist)
Cook for 25 mins then drain off juices spray with fry light then return on 200
(fan assist) for 30 mins to crisp the top
Serve hot or cold xx
