Pasta Pomodoro


Pasta Pomodoro

Serves 3-4
WW Points:  4 (based on serving 4)
SW:  free on green day if using cheese as HB

175g dry weight pasta shapes
500ml passata
pinch mixed herbs
seasoning
300ml virtually fat free natural yogurt
1 medium egg
90g reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated

Cook pasta as per packet instructions.  Drain and mix with passata, herbs and seasoning.

In a separate bowl, beat together yogurt and egg, then add grated cheese.

Put pasta mixture into ovenproof dish and top with yogurt mixture.  Bake at 180*c for about 20 minutes until top begins to brown.

Serve with crisp green salad.
