Take some ham and line the quiche dish (doesn't matter if there are any gaps).
Slice up some peppers, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and arrange them all as you would with a normal quiche.
Pour 100ml skimmed milk in a jug and add 5 eggs and 9g natural
cottage cheese. Whisk it all up then pour it into the quiche dish.
Season with salt and pepper. You can add a couple of points worth of
reduced fat cheese as it makes the quiche look nice once its cooked,
but it looks nice without it.

Bake that for about 35-40 minutes on 160-180 and allow to cool slightly before serving
