BAKED BEAN LASAGNE
2 tins of baked beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 pepper (colour of your choice)
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 courgette
Handful of sliced mushrooms
Lasagne Sheets

Fry onions, pepper, courgette and
mushrooms with frylight until soft.

Add the rest of the ingredients to
heat through.

Layer in a dish like you normally
would when making a lasagne
|

|
4.
|
Optional:
add fat free natural cottage cheese for the white layer
|
|
|

Cover with foil and bake in a
moderate oven 180-200o for 20 mins
|
|
|
6.
|
Optional: Uncover and top with cheese (HEA) and cook
until melted and golden
