BAKED BEAN LASAGNE


BAKED BEAN LASAGNE

2 tins of baked beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 pepper (colour of your choice)
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 courgette
Handful of sliced mushrooms
Lasagne Sheets

1.
Fry onions, pepper, courgette and mushrooms with frylight until soft.


2.
Add the rest of the ingredients to heat through.


3.
Layer in a dish like you normally would when making a lasagne


4.
Optional: add fat free natural cottage cheese for the white layer


5.
Cover with foil and bake in a moderate oven 180-200o for 20 mins


6.
Optional:  Uncover and top with cheese (HEA) and cook until melted and golden
