SPICY DRUMSTICKS
Serves 4
1.5 Syns per serving
8 skinless drumsticks
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
9 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
Half tsp. dried thyme
Half tsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil - 6 Syns - Yes, you do need
it for this recipe!
In a small bowl, mix together all the
ingredients, except the chicken.
Combine to form a paste.
Rub the mixture generously over the chicken
and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours but, preferably overnight, in the
fridge.
Grill, sauté or BBQ the drumsticks gently
until thoroughly cooked through.
Lovely served with lime juice squirted over, a jacket potato stuffed with HEX grated cheese and a side salad.
