Moroccan Apricot Chicken

Moroccan Apricot Chicken

 

Spray a saucepan with Fry Light and add 6 dried Apricots (3 sins). When they start to soften, add in 1 large chicken breast sliced into small chunks and stir well. Spoon in ½ tin chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 chopped Garlic clove, Salt and Pepper. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Add more tomatoes if required to make more. Sprinkle 1 tsp Paprika and 1 tsp Onion salt. Serve with free vegetables.

3 sins on red day or 3 sins on green day using chicken as Healthy Extra.
