Jamaican Chicken Thighs

Jamaican Chicken Thighs

2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground red pepper**
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Cooking spray

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add thighs; close bag and shake to coat chicken. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes per side, or until done.
