Curried tuna lasagne

185g tin tuna
Onion, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp sweetEner
1 tub 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp low fat mayo
100 mls skimmed milk
50g reduced fat mature cheddar
1 medium slice bread made into breadcrumbs
2 tsps dried oragano
Salt and pepper
4 lasagne sheets
Fry
onions and mushrooms in spray oil.
Add tuna
Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 mins
Stir in mayo, yoghurt and skimmed milk
Add sweetner, seasoning and cook for 5 mins on low heat
Layer tuna mixture between lasagne sheets
Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and oragano together and use as a final topping layer
Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 175 degrees or until top is browned
