Cheesy Vegetable Bake

chopped green
beans
carrot ribbons
cauliflower florets
large baking potato
1/4 pint semi skimmed milk
1 tbs flour
1 serving ww cheese spread
Make cheese sauce by boiling
milk, adding flour and cheese spread.
Pour 2/3 of sauce over carrots, green beans and cauli.
Top with diced potatoes and pour remainder of sauce over.
Bake in oven for about 45 minutes at 180/GM4
