Cheeseburger Wrap
Serves 2
8pp per serving/1pp on F&H
2 x WW Tortilla Wrap (5)
250g Extra Lean Mince Beef (8)
2 Slices Lowlow Cheese Slices (2)
1 tsp Onion Powder (0)
1 tsp Garlic Powder (0)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (0)
1 Red Onion (0)
1 Tomato (0)
2 tbsp Lighter than Light Mayo (1)
2 tsp Mustard (0)
Salt and Pepper (0)
Turn on your George Foreman/panini press to heat up.
Place the mince in a big bowl and add the onion, garlic,
Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
Combine with a wooden spoon but make sure you don’t
overwork it otherwise it will fall apart.
Split the mixture into 2, and mould the mince into oval
shaped burgers.
Heat some frylight in a frying pan and cook the burgers,
for around 4-5 minutes each side.
Heat the wraps in the microwave for 10 seconds, so they
become easier to handle.
Add the mayo on the centre of the wrap, and top with the
tomatoes, onion and cheese.
Top with the beefburger and wrap up so that nothing can
fall out.
Place on the grill seam up. Grill for 3-4 minutes, until
the wrap has gone crispy and the cheese has melted.
