HELENS CHOCOLATE ORANGE CHEESECAKE


HELENS CHOCOLATE ORANGE CHEESECAKE

2 syns plus HEB per serving

2 tubs of quark
5 tbsp sweetener 
1 sachet of Cadburys hi lite (2 syns)
1 sachet of Hartleys sugar free orange jelly (2 syns)
Zest of 1 orange
4 orange hi fi bars (heb)
I used 2 small tins or use 1 normal tin. 


1.
Melt the hi fi bars and spread in the bottom of the tins (2 in each if using 2 small tins), put in fridge to cool.

2.
One cooled grate the orange zest over the hifi bars.

3.
In a bowl mix the quark, Cadburys hi lite, and sweetener.

4.
Dissolve the jelly in a little boiling water and wait until cooled.

5.
Once cooled whisk the jelly into the quark mixture then pour on top of the hifi bars and put into the fridge to set.
