Chuck Wagon Pork and Bean
Serves 4
100g Onion, Chopped
100g Celery, Chopped
100g Streaky Bacon, Diced
450g Cooked Pork Sausages (With Herbs)
265g Discovery Mexican Sauce
170ml Meat Stock
340g Cooked Pinto (or White Haricot) Beans
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the
onion and celery for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced bacon and sausages
and cook until lightly browned.
- Add the Discovery Mexican Sauce
and stock. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the beans and simmer for a
further 10 minutes.
- Serve with warmed Discovery
6" Flour Tortillas.
