Chuck Wagon Pork and Bean

Serves 4


 

2x15ml Tbsp Oil
100g Onion, Chopped
100g Celery, Chopped
100g Streaky Bacon, Diced
450g Cooked Pork Sausages (With Herbs)
265g Discovery Mexican Sauce
170ml Meat Stock
340g Cooked Pinto (or White Haricot) Beans

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and celery for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the diced bacon and sausages and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add the Discovery Mexican Sauce and stock. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with warmed Discovery 6" Flour Tortillas.
