Cheesecake
6 1/2 SYNS FOR THE WHOLE CAKE!!!!!
4 scan bran/oat bran biscuits
2 ryvita dark rye
1 mullerlight yogurt - whatever flavour you like (i used strawberry for mine)
1 sachet sugar free jelly cystals - same or very similar flavour to the yogurt
600g very low fat natural cottage cheese
75g vert low fat natural fromage frais
Crush
scan/oat bran and ryvita
Press crushed
biscuits into the base of a medium sized loose bottomed flan/cake tin
make up the
jelly with only 1/4 pint of boiling water, mix thoroughly and set aside to cool
Mix the
mullerlight, cottage cheese and fromage frais using a blender or food processor
Add the
cooled jelly liquid and blend again
Pour ontop of
crushed and pressed biscuits and leave to set for at least 2 hours or preferably
overnight
Decorate top
of the cheesecake with the berries/fresh fruit of your choice
