tbsp olive oil (or use frylight to save points)

pinch paprika

carrots, peeled & sliced

parsnips, peeled & sliced

white cabbage, shredded

leeks sliced

cauliflower in florets
300ml
chicken stock
300ml
tomato juice
salt
& pepper
Remove
trivet. Heat oil and paprika, add veg. Pour in stock and tomato
juice and season. Cover, bring to pressure and cook 4-5 mins.
Check
seasoning & serve.
