Sausage Pepperoni

Sausage Pepperoni

Serves 4

2 pts per serving both plans (original points)

1 pack of 8 Bowyers low fat sausages
1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 onion, chopped
120 g mushrooms, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5

Place tomatoes, parsley, onion, mushrooms and pepper in a pan.  Add Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning.  Bring to the boil and cover.  Simmer 10 mins.


Grill the sausages until cooked.  Cut into 1" pieces and put into ovenproof dish.  Pour tomato mixture over and cover with foil or a lid.  Bake 30 mins.
