Spicy Sausage Pasta

Spicy Sausage Pasta

Serves 4

Full Choice 6½pts per serving  (Original points)

350g pasta (dry weight)
454g pack 95% fat free sausages, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsp dry white wine or water
6 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 red chilli, finely chopped (or 1 tsp chilli flakes)
¼ tsp dried nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
2 sprigs fresh sage or 1 tsp dried
300ml stock

Cook the pasta and drain it.

Spray a large pan with frylight spray and heat to medium heat.  Brown the sausages all over, add the onions and garlic and fry for 4 mins until softened.


Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and boil rapidly for 20 mins or until the sauce is thick.  Add the cooked pasta & toss together until warmed through.
