Low fat Sausage Burgers

8 portion Bowyers 95% Fat Free Mediterranean Style Sausage
3 level teaspoon tomato puree
1 medium onion
1 portion egg white

Skin sausages into bowl. Using fork break them up (mash).Add
tomato puree and mix around. Chop onion to suit you.
Either dry fry onion in fry light or leave raw add to
mixture and stir together. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper (not to much
pepper if using Mediterranean sausages as these are quite spicy).
Mix again and add egg white. Divide mixture into 4 and shape
into burgers.
Spray some cling film with fry light and wrap each burger up
in a separate piece of film. Freeze for at least 4hrs just to help them stay
firm.
Either grill for 20-25 mins turning frequently or pop into
oven for 20-25mins on gas mark 6 .
