Quick & Easy Pea & Ham Soup

Points plan 2½ pts per serving (original points)
Serves 4
1 pack (4 x 150g) Morrisons frozen microwave mushy peas
1 x 125g thick cut cooked gammon (eg Morrisons the best)
1 x Knorr Ham stock cube
Empty the mushy peas from their little cartons into a pan,
(still frozen) add the stock cube to the pan, add approx 1pt boiling
water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently until the peas have defrosted
and you can mix them thoroughly into the stock.
Chop the ham and add to the pan. Heat for a few
minutes, season to taste and serve.
