Leek Soup

Leek Soup

Serves 4

Core & 0 pts

4 Leeks - Peeled and Washed
1 vegetable stock cube
1 pint water
1 teaspoon Sage
salt and pepper to season
0 point olive oil spray


Spray pan base with oil (10 sprays)
Chop leeks into rings, and fry with oil til soft
Add small amount of veg stock to avoid sticking is needed
When leeks soft, pour in stock
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add sage & season
Simmer for five minutes

Serve
