Breakfast Bars
Basic recipe: 1 HeB or 6 syns if not using as a HeB
20g porridge oats
20g Grape Nuts
1 egg,
1 finely grated carrot
Sweetener
Mix all the ingredients together. Line tin with baking
parchment and press ingredients into it.
( I find double quantity of ingredients fills an 8” (20.5cm) square tin
nicely).
Bake at 180 °C/Gas 4
for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool and cut into bars.
