Pork, Apple &
Sage Soup
Serves 2
Core recipe
1 tsp olive oil
½ onion, finely chopped
1 eating apple, cored & chopped
150g lean pork steak, chopped
500ml veg stock
1 tsp dried sage
1 tbsp sherry (optional)
pepper
Fry the apple & onion in the oil until the onion starts
to brown. Add the pork and cook for 1 minute. Add stock, sage and
sherry if using. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 mins.
Serve.
