Pasta soup

Serves| 2
1½ pts per serving

1 medium portion of pasta (Penne or twists both good) (three points)
4 tbsp tomato puree (no points)
2 vegetable stock cubes (no points)
2 tbsp mixed herbs (no points)


Add pasta to medium sized pan of boiling water. Whilst pasta is cooking, place stock cubes, tomato puree and mixed herbs in another pan with around 1 pint of water. When pasta is cooked, transfer to pan with stock, tomato puree etc.. and serve. May also top with Parmesan for an extra 0.5 ish!

Notes
Its simple, but is a fat free dressing for the pasta as opposed to the usual creamy/cheesy dressings, and its yummy!The pasta is cooked seperately to enable the starch to be drained off the pasta rather than served and eaten! It only takes around ten minutes too - always a good thing!
