Pasta & Cannelini Soup

Pasta & Cannelini Soup

Serves 4

Points 3 per serving (original points)
Core recipe

1 large onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp paprika
400g can chopped tomatoes
1 litre veg stock
2 carrots, diced
120g pasta
400g tin cannelini beans, drained
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

Place onion, celery, paprika, tomatoes, stock and carrots into pan.  Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 mins until veg are soft.

Add pasta and beans and cook for a further 7-10 mins until pasta is cooked.


Stir in the olive oil, season and serve.
