Lemon & Herb Crusted Haddock

2 portions of haddock
Brush with skim milk
Then mix together grated lemon rind, fresh thyme, oregano and pepper.
Press onto the fish.
Fry in fry light (with the herb crusted side down first)

Sauce - 4 tbsp extra light philly slightly heated, mixed with a little skim milk and more fresh herbs and pepper.

Serve with brown rice and green vegs.
