Fruit and Bran Loaf
Total recipe 18 pts
4 oz All Bran
8 tbsp Splenda
8 oz mixed dried fruit
½ pt skimmed milk
4 oz SR flour
Put all bran, splenda, fruit & milk into a bowl. Mix
well and leave 30 mins.
Sieve in the flour and mix well. Place in a 2lb loaf
tin.
Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4
If you cut into 9 slices it is 2 pts per slice
