Spicy Seafood Soup

Serves 2
2 pts per serving
Core ½ pt per serving
1 can WW from Heinz Chicken Noodle Soup
200g seafood selection (defrosted if frozen)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
fresh coriander or parsley, chopped
Empty can of soup into a pan and add the seafood, and
sauces. Stir well.
Heat through ensuring the soup doesn't boil.
Garnish with parsley/coriander.
