Chorizo & Chickpea Soup

frylight
1 onion, sliced
200g, sliced chorizo
1-2 tbsp paprika
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1tsp mixed herbs
150ml veg stock
1 x 410g can chick peas, drained

Fry the onion, in frylight until softened. Add chorizo and toss for 203 mins.  Sprinkle in the paprika and pour in the tomatoes and herbs with the stock.  Simmer until the chorizo is cooked through, then add the chickpeas.  Warm through and serve.


Note:
To make this no count, use ham or bacon instead of chorizo and add smoked paprika.  Not quite the same but no count!
