2 medium onion, all types
1 lb Beef, rump steak
1 level tablespoon plain flour
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
300 ml of Beef Stock

Cut up the steak into thin strips. Then thinly slice the onions. To make the sauce, mix the flour with the soy and Worcestershire sauce to form a smooth paste. Gradually stir in the stock, curry powder and cayenne. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onions and fry for 5 mins. Add the steak and fry for 2 to 3 mins, or until evenly browned. Pour over the sauce and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the steak is tender and the sauce very hot.
