Mexican Lamb Chops

Mexican Lamb Chops

Another community recipe.  Points are Original points.  Please recalculate to suit your plan.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Sundried Tomato Puree
1 level tablespoon mustard
1/2 clove garlic
4 medium Lamb Loin Chop



Crush garlic clove. Mix the oil, vinegar, tomato puree, mustard and garlic together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the lamb chops on the rack in the grill pan. Brush with the oil mixture and grill until the chops are lightly browned. Reduce heat to moderate and continue to grill, basting occasionally with the oil mixture, for a further 12 to 20 minutes, or until the chops are cooked through.  



Notes

Recipe Builder worked the points out to 3.5 - but it wouldn't let me put in half points!
