Mushrooms go wild 

Community recipe.  Original points

From the kitchen of  BLUELADY

servings 4
estimated Points® per serving | 0.5
4 cloves of garlic
4 sun dried toms chopped
1 chilli deseeded & chopped
125ml dry red wine
250ml stock
500g closed dup mushrooms
30g dried porcini soaked/rinsed/drained
dash of soy sauce



Put garlic, toms, chilli, wine and 1/2 the stock in a pan, bring to the boil until reduced to about 1 tbsp.

Add rest of items, reduce the heat, simmer uncovered, until tender and coated in sauce.

Great with pork or in a jacket spud
