Garlic & Lemon roasted Potatoes

servings 4
estimated Points® per serving | 1.5
750g small new spuds washed/unpeeled
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 large head of garlic split into cloves
4 sun dried tomatoes quartered
4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
dash of Worcester sauce
4 tbsp of stock
spray oil


Heat oven 200ºG/Gas 6

Cut potatoes in half and place in shallow baking dish.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mist with oil
Roast for approx 30 mins
Add stock or water if sticking to the pan
