Honey & Lemon Chicken

servings 6
estimated Points® per serving | 3.5
6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp runny honey
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil

Heat oven to 190ºC/Gas 5



Place chicken into an ovenproof dish.

Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
Pour onto the chicken and toss to coat. Season.
Roast for 40 mins, turning halfway through and baste a few times.
Cook till golden and shiny and most of the liquid is gone.  



Nice cold with a salad.
