Liver Provencale

Liver Provencale

Serves 4

Full Choice 2½ pts per serving (Original points)

No Count recipe

400g lamb's or pig's liver sliced
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper, sliced
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 x 400g tin tomatoes
2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp oregano
frylight

Spray a large non-stick pan with frylight and saute the garlic, pepper and mushrooms for 2 mins.  Add the liver and brown on all sides.  Stir in the tomatoes, lemon juice and oregano.  Cover and simmer for 10-15 mins.


Serve with pasta.  (Counting points as necessary)
