1/2 pt creamy salad dressing

1/2 pt creamy salad dressing

The fact that this is ½ point per serving shows it is an old recipe from the OLD points plan.  You need to recalculate it for whichever plan you are using

From the kitchen of  TAMSINBH

servings 2
1 tbsp half fat mayo (e.g. Hellmans light or Benedicta light)
1 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
squeeze lemon juice
1-2 tbsp skimmed milk
few snipped chives (optional)
s&p

Simply mix the mayo, yogurt, mustard and lemon together, adding enough milk to thin down to the desired consistency. Season to taste and stir in the chives if using. Drizzle over your salad.
Also very good as a dressing for potato salad.

Notes
This creamy yet tangy salad dressing really is only 1/2 pt per serving - how annoying is it that the Estimated Points won't allow for 1/2 pts?!
If you want a Marie Rose sauce (e.g. to mix with prawns for a jacket potato), add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, or to taste (no extra pts)
