Zero Point Jam

Zero Point Jam

Another old recipe, just check the points for your plan before you use it.

1 x strawberry sugar free jelly
1 lb rhubarb



Prepare the rhubarb and stew it in as little water as possible.


Make the jelly up with only ¼ pt boiling water. Once it has dissolved, add the stewed rhubarb. Stir well and put the mixture into a 1lb jam jar.
Chill until set.
Store in the fridge.
   

Notes

It will keep in the fridge for about a week.

Try other flavours of jelly, but if you use other fruits, remember to add the points.
