Scan Bran Loaf

2½ syns per serving6 Scan Bran
3 Weetabix
3 tablespoons mincemeat
3 tablespoons honey/treacle
1½ cups Canderel
3 eggs (beaten)
3 tablespoons cocoa
Break the scan bran into a large bowl. Pour boiling water over the pieces and mash until they form a soggy mixture (like soggy Weetabix).
Crumble in the Weetabix, add the honey/treacle, mincemeat, Canderel and cocoa and beat together.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Bake in a loaf tin in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes until brown and firm.
