6 Chicken Breasts
6 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp apricot jam
1 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp grained mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Place chicken breasts in an oven proof dish. Mix together all other ingredients and pur over the chicken. Cover with cling-film and leave overnight in the fridge.
Pre-heat oven to 190ºC Gas 5 and cook for 20-30 mins until chicken thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or salad
