Creamy Sausage and Mustard Pasta

Serves 4

350 g dried pasta
454 g pack of low fat sausages (99% FF Pork)
1 clove garlic, chopped
250g sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (or wholegrain)
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp half fat creme fraiche
1 pack parsley, chopped
salt and ground pepper


Cook the pasta as per instructions on pack

Remove meat from sausages
Brown sausage meat in frying pan. Add garlic, mushrooms and seasoning.
When mushrooms are cooked, add the mustard, lemon juice, 2 TBSP water
Remove from heat and stir in creme fraiche. CHeck seasoning.
Serve with pasta and sprinkle with parsley
